Fountain Valley, CA. On June 8, 2011 a new ownership agreement was signed by current and new shareholders of Dentalaire Products International.

Kurt Lieber was elected Chief Executive Officer and Ron Anderson was elected President. They remain majority shareholders, with Ron Anderson acquiring additional shares of the company.

Tony M. Woodward DVM AVDC, a board certified veterinary dentist, acquired major shares of the company. Dr Woodward's primary focus will be new product development, technical support and Veterinary Education.

Donna K Norman, Director of Sales & Marketing also acquired shares of the company.

The current shareholders purchased existing shares from preceding shareholder Jerry Morris, who is no longer associated with the company.

"We are excited by this new venture, which promises to add improved levels of products, support, customer service and educational tools to the Veterinary Industry" said Ron Anderson.
